3. Revision-First Policy

- If the delivered work does not meet your original requirements, you must first request revisions
- We offer free revisions within 14 days of delivery
- If after reasonable revisions the work still does not meet agreed specifications, a refund may be considered
- Refund requests based on quality must clearly explain how the work fails to meet the original order instructions

Special Circumstances
Duplicate Orders
